Kjetil Håbjørg
Chief Executive Officer
Kjetil Håbjørg joined Torghatten from his position as Country Director for SAS in Norway. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and operational management in the aviation industry, including serving as Executive Vice President for Airline Services and Head of Global Ground Handling, with responsibility for operations in more than 40 countries. Håbjørg holds an MSc in economics and business administration as well as an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), in addition to further executive education from IMD and the University of St. Gallen.
Marius Hansen
Chief Executive Officer, Torghatten Nord
Marius has been the CEO of Torghatten Nord since March 2024. He came from his role as the top executive at Avincis Aviation Norden. Marius is from Lavangen in Troms and holds a degree in Market Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Øyvind Lund
Chief Executive Officer, Torghatten Midt and Torghatten Sør
Øyvind holds a Master of Science in Business from BI Norwegian Business School. He has been the CEO of Torghatten Sør since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the head of Norsk Gjenvinning Plast. Before that, he was the Finance and Administration Manager at Jørgensen Transport.

Eirik Olsen
Chief Technical Officer
Eirik has worked in the shipping industry since 1999 and has been with Torghatten since 2009, including roles as Project Director for newbuilds and Operations Director. He has been CTO since August 2025. Eirik holds an MSc in Marine Engineering and Project Management from NTNU.

Reidun Svarva
Head of Business Development
Reidun has a master's degree from NTNU in industrial economics and technology management. She joined Torghatten AS in January 2022 and has work experience from Ulstein Verft, Jernbaneverket/Bane NOR, and Enova.

Olav Lindebrekke
Chief Financial Officer
Olav joined Torghatten in April 2025. He came from the role of CFO at E.A. Smith and has prior experience from SpareBank 1 Regnskapshuset and PwC Consulting, where he held various positions within finance, business development, and innovation. Olav holds a master’s degree from both NTNU (MSc in Engineering) and NHH.

Mariann Grønseth
HR Director
Mariann has an educational background in labor law, management, and tourism. She served as CEO of Torghatten Midt from 2022 through 2024. Mariann has extensive experience in HR and operational management across various companies in the transportation and tourism industries.
